Henry Ford Community health Center in Royal Oak Michigan is a 6 story full Medical Facility with a total of 133,660 SF of medical space. NSC provided the General Trades Package which included a large and diverse scope of work including high end millwork, subcontracted items such as Auto Operators and Coiling doors, as well as providing laborers and elevator operators to our Customers. This Project fell right in the middle of the initial Covid wave and shut downs making NSC have to be very dynamic with our vendors and a challenging supply chain to complete the project on time.
