NSC was awarded the DTMB New Veterans Home in Chesterfield, MI. The facility has four patient neighborhood areas which consist of approx. 29,000 SQFT each with a total of 128 member suites and dining facilities.  It also includes a 33,000 SQFT community center containing amenities such as a bistro, hair salon, PTOT facilities and many others for the members everyday conveniences.  The facility is one of Michigan’s premier VA housing operations. NSC was responsible for the fabrication, coordination and installation of Finish Carpentry, Millwork, and General Trades for the entire facility.  It was a challenging project with an aggressive schedule but with the partnership of the General Contractor and numerous sub-contractors it was a successful endeavor.  This will be one of many facilities that will be built in the great state of Michigan.
